I had been assigned for various tasks. My main responsibility was to make value added services report and their dashboard on daily basis. I also have to analyzed these VAS service at the end of every month. I analyzed these report using Microsoft Excel by creating graphs and compare it with the previous ones. I used to manage their monthly invoices. When team faced any issue regarding these services, then i used to generate tickets on jira atlassian and take follow ups to resolve these issue.
During my period, i learnt alot from there. As, it was my first step in the profession field, therefore whole team was very cooperative with me. They always tried to help me every single time. My Teamlead was very enthusiastic towards work. I followed their energy and always tried to give my best. I learnt how to work in a team and how to work in a pressure.
