Graduate Intern
An enriching Internship is one where the individual gains personal growth and development, not only in the career, but in themselves.
An internship should allow the individual to become more confident in everything he/she does.
It should also offer proper guidance. The work of the Internship should be challenging, but simultaneously have proper support. It should not merely be administrative tasks, but more technical responsibilities allowing the individual to gain a vast array of knowledge and be challenged in numerous ways, while simultaneously being personally developed.
