Dormitory is good for the first few days/weeks because you get to know the other students. Then get some recommendations from fellow students and look for a flat close to AIM (there are several good and inexpensive appartment buildings where also other AIM-students live).

AIM has good connections all over the world and they help every student and graduates to rise up the ladder whether as an employee or an entrepreneur. Also, in terms of research and machines in relation to AI in Asia, they are the best.

The Philippines is an amazing country. AIM a very good business school and they arrange accommodation on campus. I choosed to live outside (1 min) from campus and felt good about it.

Personal spending habits
Overall the living costs in the Philippines are much lower than in Europe, so I spent a lot less. Expenses for Nightlife and Travel are also a lot lower, but you also travel and enjoy nightlife a lot more :)
