“same curriculum over the time?”

Overall
My review has as main purpose the curriculum used by the lectureurs to teach their students.
It is usually unchanged at least for past decade. Small changes appear from year to year, but the base of the curriculum is the same, mostly with from old teaching methods.

good tachers, eager to help students when they need, opportunities to study abroad
Cons
bad curriculum, teachers don't use to support their students in publishing papers, the lectureurs also don't know how to implement in student's minds the needed incentive to make them study alone
