Audencia Business School (ESCNA)

Outre le fait d'assimiler les méthodes du marketing et d'innovation comme le design thinking et les techniques de créativité, j'ai aussi pratiqué toutes les techniques connexes à la création et à la culture maker : le maquettage, la modélisation 3D, la fabrication numérique, le montage vidéo...
Les projets sur lesquels nous avons travaillé ont été très exigeants et formateurs. Certains ont aussi été hyper fun, comme construire une borne d'arcade de jeu vidéo low-cost ou encore repenser l'ergonomie d'un balai. Enfin, j'ai pu travailler avec des personnes de profils et d'horizons différents, qui ont toutes été de très belles rencontres.

My program of study is Masters in Food and Agribusiness Management. Some of the courses include Supply Chain and Operations Management; Business Strategy; International Marketing, Managing in Multi-cultural Organisations, Design Thinking, Food Value Chain Performance; Digital Marketing, and many more.
The program is jointly managed by two institutions, Audencia in France and FECAP in Brazil. In Brazil, we were exposed to many industry players.

Audencia has one of the biggest mixes of cultures when it comes to students and also, in a way teachers as well.
That i would say, is one of it's most important asset that i cherish and learn from. People from different countries and cultural back grounds have ways of thinking that are sometimes quite different from what one usually thinks, it gives you a different perspective of the same things to be able to learn from and have a broader view of the world.

I have spent a productive time at Audencia, after working in the public sector in my country. The school collaborates with many local enterprises, which also broadened my horizon. For example, I was happy to take its CSR module with a small number of people but many field studies in the region! Career support needs to be improved; nevertheless, I love to study in Nantes, a rapidly developing city with many beautiful sceneries and with classmates with diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

Mon établissement propose un suivi complet pour nos expériences professionnelles et nos stages. Nous pouvons rencontrer des conseillers quand nous le souhaitons, ils nous donnent des conseils, corrigent CV et lettres de motivation. Le site du career center nous permet de faire des tests de personnalité ou nous donne de nombreux sites pour postuler à des emplois ou stages ou encore on nous organise des forums avec des entreprises.

To begin with, I had good support from my colleagues in the class to settle well in school. 

They also helped taking time to show few places and also explained few things to me. The school also gave us orientation which communated to my integration in France.
