“COVID got in the way”

OverallMy first year was really enjoyable and I lived in the campus. The university's facilities are excellent. The COVID arrived and I spent a lot of time living with my sister in London and also some time back in Italy.

I wish I had known...
My home university had to send a letter to the guest university to allow me in the workshops. I couldn't enter the workshops until the host university received it.

If you have more time: take a train to Edingburgh, you'll like.

Pack things that can be layered, stury , water proof shoes and be prepared to proof your not a stupid american to just about every Englishman you meet. Also most native will not truly begin friendships with Eramus until you drink together.

I was fortunate in that my course employed many technical skills in addition to theory. As such, I have been privy to a plethora of research and analytical skills. For example, in writing my dissertation on the effects of large-scale asset purchases, I employed EVision and python to model and evaluate data, which I sourced from Bloomberg and fintech.
