the taught language in my study in DTU is English. Before I came here I passed the TOEFL and GRE with the scores 607 and 2280 separately.so the language is not a problem for me study here. for the social life, it seems that most danish speak quite good English, so I can totally enjoy my life here. And for Danish learning, just for interest, always be broken up by other "important" things.

I had the fortune to live with 2 other girls whom I became very good friends with. It was a relief not to have a landlord living in the house. The maintenance was horrible. Our shower drain was clogged a big part of the time and even though we called about it, it took a very long time (about a month) before it was fixed. After it was fixed the drain clogged quite quickly again.

Th facilities were not really good, one shower and one bathroom for 10 people and the common kitchen was so small, it was really annoying and a little bit noisy. But there was also a lot of other faoreign students so that I was happy to meet them and share some great timewith them in this place

I think all the place in Copenhagen are really great to go out. The bar "Moos" is a great place to drink cheap beer and meet people on Thursday and Saturday nights but quite croudy all the time. For the discos, I think that the Australian bar is good, as Vega. But it really depends on the moment so that the best is to go and have a look for instant information.

Why?
Because it is where you can breathe the authentic Erasmus atmosphere, the most of the friends you meet live there and besides you live near university.

Although I would have preferred to live on campus, my house and its location (between university and Copenhagen city centre) were pretty good. The only negative thing was my host was not very friendly with me.
