As long as you ask for an accomadation early enough, you will be provided with a nice place to live in. Whereas if you wait until the last minute, you risk to live in the beautiful container-house on the campus!

Housing
Type of housing: With a family
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why?
More social exchange! In private houses you are often with "old" people living alone and not wishing to be disturbed. I couldn't have guests in my accomodation.

Housing
Type of housing: With a family
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: kollegium
Why?
At a kollegium one is surrounded by mostly Danish students. This gives an insight into Danish culture and also facilitates learning the language. In addition, kollegiums are mostly near campus and transport time and costs are less.
