The European program is really good, through sport activities it is really easy to meet new people, foreigners or irish. But in the student environnement it is easier to meet foreigners...mostly in 3rd and 4th years.

Globally this experience abroad was and is still very useful. It makes people be more mature, you discover such a lot of things, first you become more independent, then you meet a lot of new and very interesting people...well i think i will even try to get a job abroad in UK or even further.

The University is OK althoug sometimes it was more like a school. But facilities are very modern and technology is up to date. Bad is that the campus is so far from the city.

Get an ISIC card and travel as much as you can by Bur(the dog one). There are several nice Festivals in Ireland. Try to go to the Jazz Festival in Cork and be sure to see Galway and Belfast.

Overall
As an international student from France currently studying in Dublin, I am looking for an intership abroad.
I study mostly business related courses such as Finance, Economics, Digital Transforation, HR, Marketing, etc. My goal is to find an internship that will suit the competencies I have acquired at school and in my previous internship as well as I what I wish do to in my career, what I like.
IAgora is a great way to do that since it proposes so many intern positions, in different countries and in a wide range of fields!

there is no prospectus available with time and place of lectures you have to contact the administrator personally, in time

Go on an organised backpacker tour, you will see lovely places, meet a lot of different people, have fun and won't spend too much money

Ireland is a nice country. You can travel around easily by car, but mind the narrow roads. Dublin is a developing city. Unfortunately the traffic is horrible and the bus system too. They're currently building a tramnet. The school is nice too, but as mentioned things need their time.
