Personal comments
Carte 12-25 will save on rail expenses. I spent a lot of money in the beginning on phone calls home before I found the EuroLatina card. This is by far the best international phone card. Toiletries and groceries are all cheaper in Germany.

Strasbourg is a quite expensive city. I didn't choose Paris because I thought it was too expensive...but then I realised Strasbourg was the second most-expensive! Look for a flat and share it with another students. I don't recommend University residences.

Personal comments
Some of the teachers do not teach in their native languages, which can cause problems for most of them. It should also be easier to receive feedback on personal performance.
