I should have arranged a flat from the start of my stay in Barcelona instead of waiting until the second month to find one. The Residencia that I lived in for the first month was very nice, but the price was outrageous.

Final comments
Barcelona is a great city. It offers to students both culture and social life. Housing is an important aspect of the experience: it is a real job to find a place, in a good district, with nice people. You should go a few days before the beginning of university to visit different apartments.

I lived in the old part of the city and had good access top shops, bars and everything needed. Only that it was a little bit dirty and old - still it was ok and kind of cheap.

more teacher student interaction, there were some exceptions, but I think that my 3 hour classes would have been more engaging if there was more chance for student interaction.

First of all because it is a special experience, in which one doesn´t want to miss a single thing. Second, because things like accomodation and nightlife are simply more expensive in a metropolis as Barcelona is.

Drink before you go out. Buy food at Carrefour once in a while, this saves a lot of money.

In the beginning the courses at ESADE were pretty difficult. I didn´t speak so much Spanish. But since you want to interact with other people and understand the content of the courses you are motivated to learn very rapidly. Besides that I had a Spanish roommate that helped me a lot with my Spanish.
