Food is cheaper in France than Switzerland. Ther exists a Government assistance for students paying a part of the housing costs. I wisited sometimes my family in Switzerland.

Final comments
Always check if there is a strike in the puplic transports. It can be very annoying.

Most time French is used but for conversation German and Swissgerman are also used. This gave me the ability to jump from one language to an aother without problems.
