Buy your food at dicounters, bring your own alcohol. don't underestimate the costs of additional luggage in the airplane. buy a bike as soon as possible. speak english, even if you have the possibility to speak your home-language

Travel tips: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Copenhagen, Oslo and for sure all the little villages around.
Would be good if you can go to Sweden by car. (very useful, also when it's raining or snowing and you have to go to university)

The University ia really nice, everybody is very friendly. my experience was that most of the students stay one year and are really busy, the courses are all okay but you can still change them when you are there

Final comments
going by train is not very expensive, so trips to Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö are a must, in winter Kiruna must be really nice and really cold. In summer there a lot of beautiful beaches around Halmstad. A bike is a absolute must

Halmstad university is very advanced university in the field of science and technology. The most innovative department is the combination or IT with health. I had a great experience studying in Halmstad University. Individual study plan, flexible study, access to university night time also. As a mother I enjoyed these facilities of university. Library has group study rooms also individual study rooms. Advanced IT labs with all new Apple computers.

Careers
University provides internship also mostly while doing research thesis. If we choose company projects sometime they offer internship and sometimes after completing the project , they directly higher you.
I hadn’t any chance to do internship but during my thesis I had opportunity to collect data from all of my teachers, coordinator and staff members of different department also. While doing my research thesis I had a chance to meet them, converse with them and getting new ideas from them.

Individual study plan, study rooms where kitchen facility and access to university anytime.
Cons
Hostel accomodation they have less space.
