I had no^problems when I arrived there as I already spoke english. The only part where I had difficulties was learning the dutch language.

in holland, everybody speaks english, it is very good to communicate, but if you want to learn dutch it is more difficult

Firstly it was very difficult because my english knowledge was totally "on the paper", I had never gone to England or so during secondary school, then it was all right, the only problem was at a personal level because sometimes it is difficult to really express yourself in other language,e.g. use your own slang.

i experience it's better to learn dutch in netherlands though you can use english in communication here.
