The University just leased new apartments for international programs, but transfers all the responsibilities that deals with the lease to the incoming international students thereafter. Transitional thing. I liked the system. It gives the incoming students responsibilities. They intervened incase of problems to help.

Reggae Club( Variety of International music)-You'll meet almost all Foreigners here. Callecos- favorite restaurant- downtown st. Louis, hey don't forget to go up the Arch(Gateway to the West)
