Everyone goes out at the main street. Everybody will find a place he/she likes. Bar 11 rocks and it is a place where a lot of students hang out. Good music and freaky people in Sirkus!
Si j'y retournais je choisirais: Appartement/maison
Pourquoi?
I also had experience in living in a Campus and I liked it. But I like the apartment atmosphere better.

The price was and is more and more expencive, but beside this problem (cost of living is much higher then in Italy) I can spend only good words about accomodation at University of Iceland.
I can recommend Small States in Europe (with Baldur Þórhallson) and International Negotiations (with Þóra Christiansen). I cannot recommend Project Management (with Eðvald Möller)
