Icelandic language is not the easiest in the world, but after a while I got a good knowledge. But if my pronounciation is very good, my vocabolary still needs to be improved.

Icelandic nightlife is very lively and that's more and more known also outside Iceland. But if you want to have unforgettable experience, just go in the countryside.

During weekends,night life in there is very amazing.The cafe's,clubs all stay open till day break.Inside town is packed up with a lot of people moving to and fro.

since i didnt speak icelandic, it was sometimes hard to communicate with friendly old people in the street, but usually i was talking to other non-natives in english

Because we were 6 students in one appartement and so we felt like a family.

The housing was very good organized. If you have problems with your landlady or your flatmates, it is no problem to change the rooms or the house if you contact the international office. Our house was really close to the university. You don't have to care about the housing, the host university arranges everything concerning housing.
