i took 5 courses and it was definetely too much,(high workload, at least 2 midterms,endterm test, presentation, group project and so on) hence i would suggest to take less.

Well since you are exploring, you go out more and travel around more. So you spend more... Nightlife and accommodation are of the most expensive in the world. Food can be pretty cheap unless you go to restaurants too often.
