It's not cheap to live near ICADE, but the area is excellent, well served by transport and all the facilities you can possibly think of are nearby. It's a great central location in Madrid.

No help to find apartment or room for foreign students was offered at that time (1992) at ICADE. You were left to yourself, and to find a decent place to live was actually the most challenging part of the whole course in Madrid!

Even if the university Pontificia Comillas of Madrid (ICAI - ICADE) helps you finding an accomodation it is pretty difficult for foreigners to find one. The accomodation office does not distribute a list of flats in the internet. They only provide it in their office.
