Final comments
Never ever try to use the puplic transport without a valid ticket,i've never seen so many controllers than in budapest!it is really cheap to travel by train as a 'local' student! so enjoy the country!!

Most of the teachersw as well as other students have a good command of english. Sadly the hungarian language course offered by the university was worthless!

I shared my apartment with a fellow student and the apartment was great. You are more independent when you live on your own.

The university did not provide accommodation to students if they didn't stay longer than a year. But I saw the accommodation they provided and I like my appartment so much better.Although it was more expensive.
