The quality of studies exceeded my expectations. I was able to select a wide variety of courses including literature, politics, EU studies, and many others. Professors are professionals in their areas, they provide a great feedback in the cases it's needed. The community is international and mind-open, there are many opportunities to meet interesting people.

K.U.Leuven is a great university with an enormous culture and history. It was founded in 1425 and played a big role in shaping today's Belgium.

- Since Belgium is in the heart of Europen, travelling to other European countries is quite easy and cheap.
- The academics at Leuven was much less rigorous than at Hanover, but i cannot complain since i had more time to travel around and to immerse myself in the local culture.
- Go for it!

Keep a good attitude during the 8 month long winter. The rain may get you down, but when summer hits Everything is green and wonderful to look at from the library where you will be studying for your June exams.
