be prepared to arrive in an empty flat, no pots, pans, knives,...first big expense, furthermore partylife is inaffordable without big savings...althoug in 2004 taxes will lower, so no real problem for that anymore I guess. Save on food, don't eat alone, cook together with other people, cheaper and nicer of course

all fins talk english, even 70year old people, only thing that is not as good is that not all internationals speak fluent english..
