it was ok
The dream for many couples and single people facing infertility is for a ‘miracle baby’. Where in the past that was an impossible dream, science has given them hope.
The IVF process often sees multiple embryos put into the womb to increase the chance of success, this also increases the chance that it might result not in one miracle baby, but two.
Whether you are gay, straight, in a couple or on your own the IVF journey can be long, isolating and traumatic. This project explores what it means to emerge the other side, into the chaos and joy of family life with twins and hopes to shine a light on the subject to help others know they aren't alone.

I wish I had known...
There wasn´t anything special that I would have known. You won´t find any problems with that.

In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
Important factors in my choice
(1) Unimportant – (4) Very important
Personal recommendation
I really liked it, so I give a high recommendation to people so as to go there if they have the chance to. I know that warmer places sound better, but this place has other advantages, and anyway, it´s not as cold as it might be thought.

Expenses
Main source of funding:
Family
Other sources of funding:
Personal savings<br>
An ERASMUS grant
Work opportunities:
I worked during my study abroad experience
Personal spending habits
I guess that the main factor that made me spend more than in my host country was the exchange rate between my currency and the $, otherwise the prices would have been similar.

Telephone, Overall, Housing, Travel, Nightlife, Food:
was more expensive than at home.
Accessibility of student needs
Second-hand household items
Personal comments
So as to help with my expenses there, I looked for a job on campus, wich was what my visa permitted me. I got a Job in the academic support facilities of the university, called Students Office Loan Account. The students working there had administrative responsabilities, but, at least, I was able to see how they worked there; how the american students support themselves while studying, a big difference from how it is in my country.

Be sure to check out Chicago, Illenois. Sixflags the amusent park. Michigan for its snowy hills.
And if you have the opportunity, buy a car and visit the whole USA like I did. West-coast, route 66 and east-coast. Stop by in Canada and Mexico too! I will never forget this and ow, man, do I miss it!

Housing
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why?
because the apartment where me and my mates lived where the best places to live in Milwaukee. On one hand, the cost of the apartment was pretty good comparing with other accomodations you could find. And on the other hand, they had the advantage of being furnished, which was one of the main problems of other accomodations, and a factor which would have supposed more expenses.
Moreover, they were pretty close from the campus.

Personal comments
As I have already said before, I was really happy with the accomodation we got in Marquette. Actually, for these apartments there was a long waiting list, so this must mean that it was the first place where students wanted to live during their stay in Milwaukee.
