I wish I had known...
It is easier to meet local students if you take courses in French, because the English courses are mostly International students.

Bring a flashlight if you're going to live in Ango. Power failures were common. Birng a good umbrella and a warm coat. It rains alot and it gets really cold at night.

It's a great way to take a vacation from your home university. If you want to travel and meet lots of great people come to Rouen.

Rouen has a perfect location for travel. It's 1 hour away from paris and you can get tons of cheap flights from there. Check www.ryanair.com for deals. Get a 12-25 card to save 50% on train travel thorughout France. I had an amazing time in Rouen. I can't belive it's actually over. I learned so much about myself and about the world during my exchange. Most of my learning happened outside of the class room. If you're looking for an eye opening experience then come to Rouen and get a little taste of what France has to offer.

If you're going, then the best time to go is the fall term (sept-dec). That's when you'll meet the most people, go to loads of parties especially in september, and you'll have a great time. The second term is shorter with less courses to choose and not so many parties, and the third term is really geared towards work. Plus, most of the exchange students leave and there's little to do.

Travel as much as you can as you may never have the opportunity to do so again. Use the low-cost airlines and the cheap train fares. I had a great time, and made loads of friends that I wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet otherwise. My advice is get out there and make the effort to speak French and get to know the french students. Staying within the exchange student group can be dull as you'll be speaking English all the time.

Selective business school with historical reputation.
Alexis B
France, Graduate
Marketing and Sales Management, Master in Management, 2019
Overall
Work : Reims and Rouen are closed to Paris, where the majority of  HQ are + good reputation and high number of alumni yet involved in the labor market : easy to find an internship or a job after graduation.
Location : Reims & Rouen are metropole but little one, easy to live in the center of the city, close to other students. Cold weather like in Paris but French "Art de vivre" in the 2 regions (Normandie and Champagne).
Student life : A lot of association, possibility to be on several with high level of responsibility > ownership on projects. Campus with a lot of animation done by association.
Courses : general at the begging to have a minimum background on all subjects. Possibility to select your specialization and all students can go on international university program (most than 300 partnerships, less than 5 per destination : no campus abroad).

Pros
Network, reputation, geographic situation (Paris), number of universities abroad
Cons
Location (North), not in the French TOP3 Business School (less job position on strategic consulting and investment banking)
