Singapore English is different than your everyday English, but you learn to get used to it. I had smaller problems understanding them from the start, but it got better as the months flew by.

There is a lot of night life and places to go in Singapore, in which Carnegies became our favourite disco. We also enjoyed the on-campus bar and arranged parties there with food and drinks.
