My room was clean. It was small but big enough for me. There were lots of facilities: kitchen, computer, piano, and tv. Great location on the left bank.

I wish I had known...
I wish I had known what brands of telephone cards to buy. I wish I hadn't gotton traveler's checks, instead just brought more cash in francs to begin with.

The classes were great. I loved my professors. Also, there was a wide range of activities outside of class. Lots of fun and educational things to do which were included in the cost of tuition.

Final comments
Buy a good guide and take plenty of cash already in the foreign curenncy. Exchange rates can be pretty high. Talk to strangers. Be willing to experience lots of new things and meet lots of people. Be open to the culture and try to take part in it, especially with the language. They will not laugh if you make a mistake. Have fun.

I love the french language and would take any opportunity to learn it better. Living in Paris for two months made learning the language much easier than it is in a classroom environment
