It takes about 40 mins by bus to the university and I would prefer somewhere closer.

The university does give you directions and forms to apply for accomodation and whatever happens is between you and the accomodation office which is independent of the university.

It is a really nice and good university the teachers are really open-minded and there is a more relaxed relationship between professors and students

I can recommend an exchange semester to everyone. It was a great experience and I will never miss it in my life. You get to know a lot of nationalities. TIPS: you should be open-minded in order to get to know other nationalities and you should bear in mind the cultural differences. Denmark is a beautiful country -> it is very nice for traveling around-> don´t miss to go to: Kopenhagen, Kerteminde, Blavand, Billund (Legoland), Island Mön, Skagen...

Public transport is expensive, so get ready to buy a bicycle. Use your student card to get discounts. Take your time to know supermarkets: 'Netto' and 'Aldi' are the cheapest ones.

The full impact of been in a society that I did not understand nor speak their language.I had taken it forgranted because i knew that aæmost everyone in Denmark spoke english.

There are loads of International students and you learn not just about the Denmark but many other cultures as well.

Definately, take the weather into consideration and if yoyu are below the age of 26 yoyu get discounts on planes and train fares around the country. There are reduced bus rates for students but then Denmark is a bicycle country and you can enjoy the feel of been on a bicycle.
