Non EU graduate student Experience in Poliba
Chukwumaobi I
Italy, Graduate
Design (Fashion, Graphic, Industrial, Web), 2022
Overall
I had a lot of expectations before arriving Bari from Nigeria as a self sponsored Masters student in January 2020.
It hasn't been an easy one, no orientations,  no laid down specifics as to organization both for settling as an immigrant and also for school.
Hopes of finding a student job to ease of the burden of bills such as food, electricity, internet, transport where dashed as I have been searching before the pandemic and couldn't find.
Making new friends was not also easy (language barrier) and I observed Italians are a little laid back also.
I've started learning the language, it's pretty much exciting and I can communicate to some extent in Italian.

Great education
Giuseppe P
Italy, Graduate

Overall
We had to study theory and practice (not too mch) with the aim to be simply perfect during each one of the 30 interviews (written and oral test) or no way to pass: some tests let just 1/2 students on even over 80/100 pass written part.
Such an approach was very hard and many students quitted. But it made all of us able to get to the end the ability to face any difficult task during our daily work: there is nothing I cannot solve!
I have been working with many very competent engineers and graduates in many disciplines during my entire working experience and I can state we have a very wide overview in respect to many of them, I think it's a consequence of such a very hard selection.

Education style, wide overview

Practice should be improved

Careers
N/AIt seems like you're looking for a review or information about a "Careers Office." However, your request is a bit vague. Could you please provide more context or details about what exactly you're looking for? Are you looking for information about a specific career office at a school or organization? Are you interested in learning about the services they offer, their reputation, or something else? The more details you provide, the better I can assist you.

Pros
I'm sorry, but your question is a bit vague. Could you please provide more context or clarify what you're referring to when you ask about "the most special thing that they have"? That way, I can provide a more accurate and relevant response.
Cons
I'd be happy to help, but could you please provide more context? Improve what aspects of what? Your question is a bit too general for me to provide a specific answer. Are you asking about improving certain aspects of a product, a process, a system, a ski

Quite complete formation
anonymous
Italy, Graduate
Architecture, 2018
Overall
Not all courses prepare you for a professional career. The professors are good teachers, but not all of them are always available outside the timetable. The exams are difficult and highly educational. Student associations work quite well. The Polytechnic has invested funds in new student's structures and activities, but only in the last year and this is not enough in comparison with other universities (Italian and European). The Polytechnic fails to provide at tools and material useful for student development.
