I had a great exchange at QMW largely due to the friends that I made there. One should however be aware that the university is located in an area of London that can be considered to be less developed than other parts, but that is now changing.

Stay away from the large introductory courses, if you can. They're easy, but so much so that if you don't go to class for 3 weeks, you can still pull off a decent grade!

More interaction between students. Discussion seemed almost competitive amongst students rather than very helpful, and many fell flat.

Few courses offered by my university were not up to the mark. And staff is not cooperative at all in electronic department.

Though Queen Mary, got good name but it is not that good. Staff is very rude and not cooperative. If I knew that I would not have opted for this.

Overall Its been good experience for me. I would like to advise all the students to be very careful in choosing course. University should not the only factor, sometimes very good universities do not offer good courses, be careful.
