Living abroad is an enriching and wonderful experience, just the fact of being in a different country and being able to meet people from differnt parts of the worls I personally find fascinating. I consider it is very important to try to open up to people and culture and absorb as much as possible when abroad. After I graduated from High School I went to live in france for a year, basically to study frenc and travel, it was a magnificent experience, one which gave me self-confidence, language knowledge, as well as developed my easyness to interact with people from other parts of the world. London has been a different opportunity as I have been here studying university, nevertheless it has been fantastic. Word of advide: Whenever you go abroad try to travel as much as you can, meet new places everythime you have the chance and try to absorb all that is around you, people, places as well as the air itself. The knowledge you gain by being away from home is immesurable and something no one can take away from you.

Try to do everything you can around the city, it's awesome.

Just be sure to always have some cash with you wherever you are. Dont think that having a credit card will save you from bringing cash.
