the housing was nice in that it was great for meeting international students, but the rules that the university have are too restrictive. in the dorms, for example, one is not allowed to have visitors of any kind, and the students are monitored unnecesarily by cameras, not for security, but to be checked on for breaking rules

living with a family taught me more than i had learned in the past years of studying here. making spanish friends and going out with them helped me. forget the books, talk to people.
