Personal recommendation
I had a wonderful experience, but it is an enormous universities with a huge student body. Italians don't go out of their way to embrace you into their groups, but as individuals they are really warm, outgoing, reliable and fun.

Final comments
My only advice is to check train schedules before going anywhere and to always remember that as a visitor to a country you must adapt to the ways of the respective culture. Italians do things their own way and it usually takes longer to get things done - but eventually everything does get done. Have fun and embrace the history and beauty of Roma!

Overall
Sapienza offers many courses from all the levels. I studied there since my bachelor and i have been for two times abroad with tje support of my University and especially my faculty of Philosophy, which is one of the most International. The University offers services from dorms to sport centers, offices' support, tutoring, courses in foreign languages, academic festivals and competitions, and so more. The teaching is high quality and students can use cosy spaces to study, meet and chill.

Get involved with Italians. Don't stick all the time to other foreign students.
