Corso di studio completo e interessante

Évaluation globale
Docenti validi e materie interessanti.

Courses of great quality, but no sure if it's worth the effort.
Maria-Bianca
Roumanie, Master
, 2024
Évaluation globale
I have recently started studying here and the courses are great. The subjects are really interesting and the professors are explaining everything very well. The atmosphere is really nice, the students are usually open and friendly. Still, there is a HUGE drawback of studying at Sapienza. I have seriously never saw a more deficient organization, especially if you have the "luck" to be an international student. You get almost no answers to emails, like, you can consider yourself blessed if you get a vague answer. You can go and ask your questions on campus, but there's another kind of chaos. If you go to the Foreign Students Office, they'll say they're busy, even though they NEVER respond to emails and it takes months to get enrollment emails, and they'll send you to the HELLO students office. The HELLO students office are trying to be as helpful as they can, as they're working students, but most of the times they have to ask the main office, so you're stuck in a circle. As I have already mentioned, it takes a very long time to get your validation email, over a month, so the slowness of the services is another flaw of this university. So, do I recommend applying here? I don't know. I'm sure you can get the qualities of this university in other places as well, without having to deal with the desastrous organization. To be honest, if I knew how bad the organization is, I wouldn't have applied here, I would have rather stayed in my home country. I would give up studying here now, but I have already invested too much money in moving to Rome for my studies, so I have to go on.

Sapienza has one of the most beautiful campuses. Especially the main campus is a sight for sore eyes. The canteen has a good quality of foods and there are many international students from all over the world. The Erasmus offices is very helpful with international students. The only downside to this university, in my opinion, is old fashioned professors coming to class and teaching according to textbooks.

Challenging lessons, good teachers but not very organized university

Évaluation globale
This University is the biggest and most known in Rome and surely has a lot of very good professors. The place where my faculty was, was a really nice and peaceful villa surrounded by a garden, near Bologna square. Anyway since the university has a lot of alumni, the students are left by them selves and don't have a lot of help. The websites are not very new and well used too.
