yeah comiming a month ahead of the beginning of the course, just rose the budget share dedicated to housing> I had to work to cope. Otherwise, having the low ocst coach and a few airport in the surroundings, just help if you want to travel for cheap using Ryan air, esayjet and megabus, to discover Scotland or Italy.

Be prepared to fit in. Try to work hard as well. Your stay might be short, but still take the most of the local resources to start com;pleting your assignments and dissetation. Otherwise, be prepared finacially. Good way to get to know the area working through the uni temp agency

If yuo drive. Just bring your car> the city is quite dead. you need a car to go shopping in asda for Food. The City center is 30mn by feet,and transport could be expensive. Otherwise try to share in between friends whenver you go food shopping the oil expenses.

To have some privacy,and be able to work in more isolated conditions> we were sharing with first year student. The ae difference between postgraduate student and fresh year one is huge. We don't have the same priorities at the end of uni year.

Student housing could have been better in tye sense, we share about 12 rooms in each floor, in each hall. The halls look like prison cells, in theirselves. I was also living in the oldest student Hall, which has been refurbirshed after my departure.
