Although everyone at a university level speaks english, and many other languages, Sweden offers a great opportunity to learn a new language. Although it is infrequently spoken in a global sense,the experience is wonderful

Final comments
Do what you can to minimize your expenses (ie Bus rather than train, shop wisely) in Sweden but don't limit yourself by money. What ever you spend is well worth it
