It is recommended to buy a SIM-Card in Finland (dna or Colombus), phoning is cheap.
There are a lot of flea markets and second hand shops in Tampere. You can find a handout in the tourist information. There is also one in Hervanta (south-west-west of Mikontalo).
Maybe there is some stuff you need in your flat's storage room in the cellar of your appartment block.

Telecomunications are really cheaper in Finland than in Spain. Food, nightlife and etcetera are much more expensive. Sometimes some stuff had double price than spanish.
