Mango's (the best club), ernie tomatoes (restaurant), chiapas : it's amazing (agua azul, maya's temple....), Mexico city....everything is beautiful and nice in Mexico !!!

Everyone unfourtunately speaks english in Monterrey, going to Guadalajara might be a better choice, if you are there for a second semester as well. That's what I did and now I am perfectly fluent in Spanish.

Things are cheaper in Mexico, especially when you are spending American money. The travel wasn't cheaper, I'm rating my travel costs to and from Mexico.
