the payment conditions are inflexible, because you have to pay for 6 month, even if you just stay 4. you also can´t change the dorm, if you are not satisfied with it.

Living in the dorm is much better than having your own apartement. Don't ask the host institution for finding a flat, just arrange it by yourself by Studiet Kollegium, otherwise you have to cope with student housing office and it's really painful.
