My room is very good and quite large, but I live with a roommate that limits my privacy. The room is quite expensive and I could have found something cheaper.

My housing was ok but I heard other stories from the other exchange students; a whole bunch of them didn't have housing yet when they arrived

The neighborhood is very seedy. My apartment has bullet holes in the windows, and the housing office does not seem inclined to fix them.

it is more easy to find an accomodation with university but you have no choice about the kind of accomodation.

The flat I live in, is one of the best flats provided by the University. The rooms are of good size and not overly expensive.
