No tiene mucha vida estudiantil, ya que es una universidad familiar. La gente con la que compartiras clase llegará a ser parte de tu vida. Los profesores y acondicionamiento de la universidad buenos. No esta en el centro de Madrid.

I wish I had known that sharing an apartment independently with other students would have ensured interaction with other international students my age.

I enjoyed my experience abroad. My advice is to keep an open mind and make friends with students your age. They will really take care of you over there...especially those living there who are also not native to the country.

Some professors do not measure up and it is also true that some technologies are taught that are outdated in the modern world, but otherwise everything taught is amazing and there are truly incredible professors that make you have passion for what you study.

Be cautious with thieves,try to assimilate the spanish way of life,go to as many places as you can there in Spain(it worth)and be social and calm in order to find access to every intresting aspect of life there.

You should start looking for a flat at least a month before the university starts. In the first month of the course everybody looks for housing. You can make a good bargain by starting early!

Try to get on the ERASMUS trips. They are excellent. If you have any administration problems contact the ORI (oficina de relaciones internacionales = student exchange office!). They are very kind.

You should travel as much as you can. There a lot of things to see and visit in Spain. I recommend the Lonly Planet "Spain"!. Very useful.

Choose your courses carefully in advance and seek as many information about the cours before class starts (...they give you 2 weeks time which should be used!)

It can be quite cheap for germans coming to Madrid in terms of the flight tickets. If you are lucky, you can get a one-way plane ticket for 19,90€ (www.hlx.com, www.germanwings.com).
