Alonso Martinez, Moncloa, Kapital(7 storey club with cinema and restaurant), Pacha(filled with famous people but expensive...an experience!!), Maná concert in the bullring, Botellónes in the park........

Pourquoi?
I really enjoyed it.I wouldn´t live with a family as I am used to my independance. On campus the accomodation had strict rules regarding going out, bedtimes etc

Didn´t enter into any of the residence buildings but sounded more like boarding school and only for students who live outside the city. No foreign students that I know of stayed there.

Less on food because its cheaper here. More on telephone phoning friends and family abroad. same on nightlife drinks similar prices in bars. More on travel cause visited lots of places.

Accomodation was cheap. Shop in supermarkets like Dia, very cheap.
Maybe having lived with Spanish people instead of English where I found myself speaking English alot.

Not very the university is private and more like a school with a blackboard and students being called up to do examples. good if you get friendly with the teachers and they don´t make you go up.Good location in the centre of town. Would rather have gone there than Alcalá outside. Also university is a small part of life out here!!

Gat yourself a native girl/boyfriend it improves your language skills alot and gets you a solid group os native mates to party with who know all the places to go and can take you travelling!!!!!
