In Spain everything is cheap but nothing is free (apart from tapas) so mobile phone offers are lacking. I was charged about 15% for 2 months everytime I topped up my phone. I spent more on travel because I travelled more. But it was cheaper than travelling in the UK.

granada is overall cheaper than the US, but you spend more abroad on travel and going out more, etc, it basicly evens out

At home I´m not used to go out that many. In a city like Granada it´s very difficult to ignore the hundreds of bars.
