Personal recommendation
Go there to study and to travel, if you go. In Forlí there are other students too, but certainly not that many as in Bologna. So if it's nightlife and 'ordinary Erasmus' that you're after, go to a bigger place.

Overall
Good university but the students in my faculty are not job-oriented. When finished the master's degree, we feel lost.
Plus, I think that the method of teaching should be improved by giving more space to students sharing their ideas and in realising projects in classrooms.

The courses are not future job-oriented, too much theory, less practise. Then, the method of teaching should be based on sharing ideas among students and teachers during the classes, more researches and projects needed

Lots of courses to choose from but not always run properly or incredibly boring. Lecturers not always very helpful and Italian students not too friendly either (unless you're female and they're male ;-)
