The university is very big, because is an international university. That´s for you can meet people from all parts of the world. For me is nice to know others cultures. And, in my career, the teachers were nice with me.

It was a lovely an amazing experience that everybody should have the opportunity of living. Oneself learns to "go throug the world" by oneself. The year I have been beeing erasmus, is the best year of my life (until now).

Night spot: Qbarna - Cuban pub with place to dance hot salsa ;)(not to be missed on saturdays!!!). when salsa night in Qbarna is over you move 2 steps to Capitol - typical disco, but with nice ambiente. about 5 am when Capitol begins to reach the end ;)go to Savoy - a place where all party-lovers end their night! In that way you come back home at about 7.30 am :D If you really want to study - don't go to Paderborn! If it's about cafes - Cafe & BAR CELONA (BARCELONA) - great, cosy atmosphere. There are also many places where you can get delicious food!

If you like small cities, this is less daunting than many German universities.

Don't fly to Paderborn airport. Terrible record for losing luggage. Much quicker to get direct flight to Dusseldorf.

Travel as much as you can, since there are good opportunities. The final exams aren't very difficult; if you study a little bit you will pass it without problems.

At the beginning I found it difficult to understand courses taught in german, but everything comes with time :) People there have understood the effort I made and I can say they were really patient with me.
