The university cannot provide its own accommodation for all the students, but it provides the addresses of private residences for students, or of French families which rent rooms. Moreover, with a regular contract, it is possible to receive a financial help from the French State which covers more or less half of the rent.

Overall
If you can speak French, it is a good university for you. You will have some good experience here because of a variety of nationalities and people. However, if you can not speak French, you also have some difficulties to adapt because everyone speaks French. You are so hard to communicate with other persons.

I didn't really get to practice the language outside of the classrooms which was disappointing. I spoke most of the time with my host family and that helped me a lot.
