Studing in Montpellier's university
SARA L
France, Graduate
Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, 2021
Overall
The content of the class was so valuable. I learned many ideas which I could use to get a job.

The assignements given by the teacher gave me tools to make me a better student. I would defintely recomment this fields to other colleagues

The teachers are cool. I had the chance to learn from a teacher (E.J) who was very toughtful and who puts a lot of thought into how he presents the material, his lessons were very useful and patient with everyone in class, In general all the teachers there were always encouraging their students to ask questions and also respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning.

Personal comments
Living on campus was a good experience for me. It was a good chance to get to know people. The only problem was the cleanliness of my fellows using the kitchen and the bathroom and not cleaning up afterwards. But nevertheless living on campus is a good start in France not knowing anyone

Ryanair fly Stansted-Montpellier direct very cheaply. You can also go Ryanair from Frankfurt... If not, French trains are pretty cheap for the under 25s...

Amélie A
France, Graduate
, 2020
Overall

Personal comments
Nothing can beat living in a place for learning a language. I was lucky to make French friends - I think often the foreign international students naturally have more in common with each other than the locals and don't get to practice the local language or another language if you are English.

Personal spending habits
I saved some money to spend while I was abroad. I wanted to have fun, so I spent more than I normally would if I was home. I would say that cost of living in France is comparable to the cost in the US. Except for the nightlife, which can be really expensive in France.
