Submersion in another language is the most effective means of learning it. I enjoyed speaking French so much I refused to speak english in public places.

Old buildings, accessibility issues, politicised studentry and professors. Concentrates famous laboratories close to the most prestigious french schools, but that overshadows the attention to students wellbeing. Administration is poorly managed.
