En arrivant à Reims, je ne m'attendais qu'à une petite faculté de province sans plus value. Mais l'enseignement personnalisé et très orienté vers la recherche m'a permis de développer mon esprit critique. J'appréhende désormais la gestion des RH et le droit du travail différemment.

As a skilled customer service administrator fluent in 5 languages I am now looking for a new role, hence the registration of my CV with your agency.
For the past 10 years I have been working for some companies in France, Portugal and UK as a customer service administrator but I also have been running my own business in Portugal within the catering and entertainment fields. 
I would like to keep making use in my new position of the languages I speak. Also as I work well with other people and consider myself to be a strong communicator, presenter and also listener I am very much interested in considering roles within the customer service departments or similar.
You will find me to be a reliable person who has a professional, calm and honest approach to 
all work related matters. Technically minded and with good problem resolution skills, I am 
able to work effectively in fast paced and ever changing environments. 
I am currently based in Hamburg .
My salary expectations are in the range of 22,000 a year but for a very good opportunity I could also consider a less starting package.

Une université qui s’occupe de ses étudiants, mon campus à Troyes est plutôt convivial et beaucoup plus proche de ses étudiants. En plus, mon master LISEAC est parfait avec des professeurs géniaux.
