I strongly recommend studying in Ghent because it is a city with everything such as culture, beauty, history, nightlife, events, an international atmosphere, and also close proximity to important cities such as Amsterdam, Antwerp, Paris, Brussels, London, etc.

Most of the postgraduate programs of the Faculty of Agriculture and Applied Biological Sciences are offered in English. So if you belong to this field and prefer following courses in English rather than Dutch, it would be best to take part in such programs.

The student homes of the University of Ghent are spacious and have good facilities. They are not expensive and living in these homes is a good opportunity to meet other students.
