Of course, you want to travel. Nobody has a phone, but everybody a mobile phone (gsm) - so it is a little more expensive. But it seems affordable altogether.

if You are below 25, you get many things cheaper. Get a "Go Pass" for traveling by train!! Pizzas are expensive, too. Beer is ok.

this is not the place to go if you really want to learn Dutch. most people speak only dialect among themselves so you end up speaking English and almost never Dutch. I could have learned more if I had gone to the Netherlands. Flemish Dutch is a lot more difficult to understand.

travel around europe is very easy and fairly cheap, so don't miss the opportunity! whole experience is fantastic, because you meet so many people fom all over the world and learn about different cultures; a very unique and exciting experience.

The most of courses were in Dutch language, but for exchange students were a possibility to selfstudy in English. I had a bit problem with Dutch,because I didn't know anything from it.Therefore I decided to learn new language (Dutch), it was interessting.
